Pros

The salary is great. There are bonus opportunities throughout the year (controlled by your LM).

Cons

Clinical Operation Managers will not follow company SOPs, force CRAs to accept extra trips (so they will not have to take them), and will force you out of the company if you are harming their metrics. I have seen minorities and those with health issues written up and fired at higher rates for problems that are not their fault or are known issues within the company worldwide. HR will take the side of the managers if you have a problem. CRAs support each other on a study because managers are either clueless or unresponsive. The work-life balance is a myth. One to one verbal communication from management is very condescending. There are ample training programs. But caution, if you are not well liked or a new employee you will only receive the online training.

Pros

Great people, good benefits, not micro managing, ability to work from home as a LM. Nice training department!

Cons

stay away from HR; they are not there to look out after you. Totally believed in the company values, and was ready to retire from here. HR has a CYA attitude instead of being an advocate to the staff. It's a shame. No one trusts HR and does their best to stay away from them. They don't view the entire picture; just snapshots in time. You work really hard here....no such thing as a 40 hour week.

Lots, and lots of work

Pros

Personally satisfied with salary, people are nice to work with, and office politics almost non-existant if you're decentralized

Cons

They work you to the bone. Routinely put in 50-60 hours per week, project allocation doesn't reflect reality. You'll find yourself doing others' work because accountability can be missing at times.
