-Company rarely promotes within, preference to keep existing staff at current level to limit growth so that they are stuck. -Poor management overall and stems from the top down -lack of recognition from management cross functionally, they have recognition electronic system but management rarely uses it and usually does not provide much benefit to employee unless management decides you deserve “points” for a particular recognition.
