      Pros

      There are no pros. Higher management is very rude.

      Cons

      lack of training or mentorship on the too many processes. Too many systems to do one task. There is no time to finish trainings and you have to start work/attend the meetings right after joining the organization. follow up on the every task from so many people.

      Pros

      Most people you interact with are good at what they do and are responsive/helpful. Work-life balance is good on the recruitment/HR side. Corporate pay is generally above average and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Many managers are hell bent on being the only source of information within their team. This leads to never-ending silos and constantly moving targets that seem to come out of nowhere. Nepotism is prevalent, and individual contributors are often expected to just keep their heads down and be worker bees. Not a good environment for feeling valued or garnering any level of positive morale.
