      Pros

      Amazing team members , Amazing opportunity for learning and growth, Direct Management was supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Lack of Advancement and Compensation, Went 3 years without a raise or promotion despite being a top performer. The learning comes through Trial by Fire and there is an emotional cost to that . Workload is overwhelming. Safety leads are pretty incompetent and you basically need to tell them how to do their job.
