      Pros

      Hiring process was quick. Offer received same day as webex interview

      Cons

      Training program. Lack of structure. Team leads are in different countries, making communication during US working hours impossible- resulted in delays solving problems. US managers don’t seem experienced and knowledgeable. Relay of information is disorganized and inconsistent- day 1 you’re told 1 thing and by day 2 you’re told something completely different but in either case, it’s all your fault
