Pros
Great Benefits, Competitive Salary, No micro management, flexible with schedules, good people. Managers are good at listening and helping with work-life balance but it depends on the manager you get.
Cons
Turn over is high because of the layoffs. As they layoff, work is doubled but not compensated for the work. Processes and policies are cumbersome and confusing (not straight forward). They're good at training but once on the study, there are too many exceptions that don't align with training. Teams can be challenging to work with as there are too many lead chefs in the kitchen so to speak. Because there are too many chefs, many will attempt to boss you, leading to several people being mean and disrespectful to one another, even the Sponsors were nicer and more pleasant to work with.
