      Pros

      Benefits and compensation above average in the CRO industry. New technology, software, and processes got upgraded and streamline for better results and productivity. Friendly and knowledgeable coworkers. Can bank up to a year of PTO....

      Cons

      A lot of jobs got outsourced to other countries, resulting in mediocre results and time zone differences causing delays. The company recently announced around 850 layoffs and closing certain offices. Closing of the offices and staff reductions have caused some problems and created some unknown questions for employees affected by this.

      Good base salary, quick interview process, overall friendly culture

      Cons

      Company is very inefficient but if your study doesn't make money you take the blame; no clear strategic growth for employees and for the company; ramp ups are not well planned leading to stunted career growth or layoffs. It's easy, with the home based model at PAREXEL, to be lost in the shuffle. Promotions are based on who upper management likes and not necessarily based on performance
