Training is nonexistent, there are no SOPs or any kind of documentation for processes. Had coworker attempt to train me on a different task than hired for and could not do it. Brought my concerns to management about lack of confidence and knowledge, told to suck it up and figure it out. Departments are completely overworked and overwhelmed. Microsoft Teams is used to monitor your every single move, from how long you are away for lunch, to bathroom breaks or meeting times and you WILL be lectured if you leave for more than 3 minutes. No room for growth.

- working with international colleagues/clients often forces you to work odd hours - entirely remote (which is a plus to many, but can be isolating) - very high turnover rate, which I can only assume to be from less competitive pay and company-wide understaffing
