      - defined way to grow into new positions and experiences. - VERY smart and capable co-workers at every turn - empathetic and transparent leadership - transparent pay structure and clear line of sight to promotions

      - lack of bonus - smaller consulting firm

      Pros

      - Incredibly transparent about salaries, promotion requirements, financials, and more. - In general interesting work and clients (and the ability to be more of a "jack-of-all-trades"). - Local client prioritization rather than travel projects. - Large focus on mentoring, career growth, and culture.

      Cons

      - The salary isn't as competitive in high cost of living areas. Some of the other benefits help a little though. - Depending on where you live you may have a long commute to a client (there is compensation if it's further than the Pariveda office, but this is still a reality of working as a consultant).

      Cons

      At times, continuous growth and learning can feel tiring. Don't expect to settle in to cookie-cutter projects or work or coast to retirement.
