Pros

I don't believe any company is perfect, but what Pariveda has done throughout my years here as been to continuously seek out those areas that need improvement and act upon. An example was the training of Managers. It used to be an area of frustration, but the company recognized the gap and decided to invested in building new manager specific training such as small team leadership, project management school and a nature based design school.

Cons

You have to be comfortable with ambiguity. This is not a company that explicitly tells you what to do, instead relying on helping you get to the right answers then simply giving it to you.

Pros

The list of pros for Pariveda seems to be endless. I continue to be amazed by the culture, growth opportunities, and emphasis on their people. Every employee has others in mind and is more than willing to support others. Pariveda provides the resources for successful careers with certifications, a variety of different projects/technologies, and career advisors to help you through each cohort. There is a clear path for each promotion. It is unique to find a consulting firm that asks for consultants opinions and actively changes processes based off of those opinions. Pariveda strives to make it a better workplace for all.

There is a strong emphasis on personal growth, demonstrated through a transparent pay scale and promotion path and regular feedback. The culture is very collaborative with a focus on helping each other to succeed.

Cons

Work is challenging and feedback can sometimes be difficult to give and receive. Fins are pushed outside of their comfort zone
