      Talent & personal development is a top priority and it shows by the way Pariveda invests time & money in their employees. You are in the driver seat of your career.

      Cons

      Like most consulting gigs, Pariveda has to staff projects & keep clients happy to stay in business and it can feel like you don’t have much control over the specific projects and roles you’re placed in.

      Taking care of the whole person - I feel completely supported to take the time I need to prioritize my own self care in the midst of the stress of the world Strong commitment to equity - as we've shared more about how Pariveda structures and pay and promotion, we are seeing that we think differently about equity in the workplace and how the business model supports equity instead of creating a sense of competition between employees or that a certain group is less valuable. Everyone is paid equally and you know you are not one of the statistics you see around pay disparity

      In my opinion, there aren't cons that are specific to Pariveda, I think the world is just difficult to work in right now
