People are always willing to help & answer questions, very genuine environment. Management is transparent and approachable. Employees are given the opportunity to ask C suite executives anything during town halls. The growth path is very well laid out so there is no guessing at what it takes to get a promotion. It removes the politics involved and is not about who you know but what you know. The company is investing in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to move the needle.
Cons
You will spend a lot of time mentoring & coaching others and on growing their careers so it has to be a passion. Sometimes there are too many meetings that could be emails or slacks.
