      Pros

      Pariveda is focused on collaboration, employee growth, and giving to others first. The company has transparent pay across levels and offices, and formal reviews every six months based on a clearly defined Expectations Framework. Pariveda has a strong culture that encourages learning and helping others. If you enjoy being part of a team (both on and off of projects) then Pariveda is a great place to work. Health Insurance is covered by the company, and you get at least 4 weeks of PTO a year.

      Cons

      Project work can be fluid at times, which can cause additional stress on employees (especially if travel is required). The current career paths are clear from Consultant to Vice President, but the roles you can play to get there are not well defined. Some employees struggle to stay motivated at certain levels because career growth is restricted by annual promotions.

      Pros

      Pariveda is an amazing company that truly cares about me and growing me to my fullest potential. The culture helps bring about a like minded atmosphere of uplifting others to be the best versions of themselves. Pariveda was founded on the principles of growing individuals and setting them up for success. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! Best company I've ever worked for! Amazing career opportunities and you always know what is expected of you and how to get there. Each employee is assigned a mentor/career advisor to help prosper that growth.

      I can't think of anything that would be a con.

      Pros

      Pariveda puts a lot of effort into growing their employees to their fullest potential, no matter what cohort or tenure an individual has. They treat their employees with respect and offer a good work life balance. It is so rewarding to work along side so many talented and dedicate people. They also offer a strong benefit plan and adequate PTO.

      Cons

      Pariveda is a small firm that is growing rapidly. I sometimes feel that team resources are limited. There is a lot of work to do but often not enough people for the job.
