      Pros

      Pariveda is a great place to work. You'll see an impact right when you join. Our interviewing process and onboarding highlights the unique elements of the company. But as you stay for a number of years, you'll see the real, compelling draw for the company. I have never found another company with such a planned, consistent, and well-supported promotion path. The company provides you frequent and deep feedback and works with you on your growth areas. You always feel bought in, when you have an opportunity to promote on a regular basis. The kind of professional and salary growth that Pariveda provides are truly unique in the industry.

      Cons

      As others noted, Pariveda expects a number of off-hours activities. This is the price you pay for consistent professional growth; however, overall work load can be tough to manage.
