Pros
Felt like a family at first, and was happy that everyone had one another’s back. Lots of smart people and everyone is generally ethical and trying to improve.
Cons
Recently the company has started changing direction internally, and it is experiencing some pains as a result. They are letting go of too many great people. Also, although they talk about doing super interesting cutting edge work, but in reality there’s a lot of work there that’s just mundane.
