      All around great company where you really feel valued

      Pros

      Pariveda hires some of the brightest minds I've ever encountered and asks them to solve complicated problems. They provide just enough guidance to set individuals in a direction but allow for plenty of experimentation and self discovery. The culture is strong and at all levels they really do live their values. Finally, the compensation and benefits are commensurate with the capabilities of the individuals they hire - very competitive to others in the industry.

      Cons

      There is a lot of experimentation with various managerial systems and constructs and it may seem daunting to pivot so often.

      Pros

      In my career I have been in a number of organizations before Pariveda, and although everyone of them claims to care about their employees, this is the first place I have been where I have been held accountable for making my co-workers my priority as much as my own development. Another great thing about working here is that everyday I get to be surrounded by smart yet humble people. As a result, I have the good fortune of never being the smartest person in the room, but instead getting to absorb and learn from the amazing people around me.

      Cons

      Real personal and professional growth is hard. Pariveda offers the framework, but unless you are willing to invest the effort to feed your own brain and support others in their growth this is not the place for you.

      A fun place to work with a diversity of work experience

      Pros

      - Switching to new projects every couple of months keeps things fresh - invested in making you a better employee and person - encourage learning outside the job - Lots of fun events to get to know your fellow employees

      Cons

      - Sometimes you can get stuck on jobs that do not have that interesting of work
