      Pros

      I have never seen a company invest as much time as Pariveda does in making sure expectations are clearly communicated for everyone at each level and then ensuring each person gets regular feedback and coaching so they can grow their career. This place actually walks the walk.

      Cons

      Lack of a bonus/incentive structure at higher levels cuts into compensation, but I believe the quality of life is a much more than sufficient trade off.

      Developers get exposure to a variety of technologies, industries, and problems, allowing them to find what kind of work they enjoy and excel at. Career development is well defined, intentional, and supported through the lower consulting ranks. Company culture fosters authentic connectedness and comeraderie.

      Cons

      Career development becomes more vague during the transition from day-to-day programming to management and leadership. The company isn't equipped with a flexible enough mindset to deliver on its psychological contract with its employees - the company claims to value diversity and retention, but frequently isn't able to support the unique challenges of diverse budding managers.

      - collaborative environment, empathetic and intelligent coworkers. - a lot of opportunity for growth - clearly defined career path, 12 month promotion eligibility with 10-20% increase in salary with each promotion. - great culture - opportunity to make in impact

      Cons

      - if you are not someone who wants to work on yourself, this probably isn't the place for you because our career path encourages continuous learning and growth - it's difficult to get promoted to principal and VP because of the POV process
