Pros
-4 weeks vacation right away -Excellent benefits -Lots of extra-curricular stuff going on (Happy hours, community service, presentations, etc.) -Pay is fair -Good framework for growth -Employee owned -Not too much travel -You get to work with some really smart people! -It's nice that the company is a bit smaller, you don't feel like you're falling in the cracks
Cons
-Slightly rigid in what they are looking for. This can sometimes make it difficult to properly fit some experienced hires into the company -Typical workload is more than 40 hours a week.
