      Pros

      The people are great. You’ll find lots of young fun people to work with that are all passionate about developing themselves and others. It has one of the best structured promotion path that you can find.

      Cons

      You are definitely under paid for your work. Part of what makes the promotion path great also means you will be held back salary wise if you’re bright.

      This company gives every individual the keys to being successful and growing within the industry.

      Cons

      There are a lot of meetings (either daily/weekly/etc.) but these are usually productive, the calendar is just sometimes a bit overwhelming.
