      Pros

      Pariveda is a great place to work for anyone who wants to learn outside of formal education. Pariveda's business structure persuades fins (employees) of all levels to continue to grow, improve, and branch out in relation to knowledge and network. Pariveda also lays out a clear career path in the beginning and assigns each fin a mentor who will help him/her stay on track. Overall, Pariveda is a great company if you care about continuous learning and growing yourself.

      Cons

      As a consultant you will have to interact with people, whether it be internal or external. If you want to silo yourself, this is not the place for you. Travel is inevitable, it might not be frequent, but it will happen.

      - Pariveda's mission is centered around developing the employee, and they hold up their end of the bargain - Work-life balance is valued. Working too much will genuinely draw concern from higher ups who will seek to fix it - Pariveda only seeks the projects it sees as best for its employees' growth. There is an obvious push for cutting-edge and exciting projects - A transparent cohort/pay scale encourages a collaborative workplace where everyone is working to improve everyone. Promotions are completely in your own hands if you work to meet clearly defined expectations

      - Pariveda is all about pushing you to be the best you can be. This isn't always easy or the most comfortable. If you want to coast and still be promoted, this might not be a good fit - The nature of consulting means travel and projects can vary widely at any point in time. This can be a pro, but also a con

      The drive to always be better as an organization in developing people and delivering on client commitments is engrained in our culture. We need to take more time to celebrate successes and the amazing progress we've made over the years.
