The list can go on and on, but overall Pariveda'a culture is something that cannot be beat. At Pariveda it is all about growing the employees. They work with you to get the experience you need to get promoted and keep a constant flow of growth within your career. You will never be bored here. We work on some of the most challenging and technologically advanced projects that will keep every consultant on his/her toes. It is truly a very rewarding company to work for! Also, the set expectation criteria for promotions is the best I've seen anywhere.
Cons
A major challenge that you will face when working at Pariveda is that it can be stressful at times. Since the culture is focused on growing everyone, this is not a company where you can sit idle in your position. Although this is the case, they really encourage you to take your PTO so it is possible to have a good work life balance.
