Salaries are competive. Pariveda has a clear career path of growth for every role. This company spends considerable time and effort providing fair, consistent and quality feedback for all their employees so each person's career trajectory is clear and in the hands of each individual. Pariveda also encourages regular activities outside of work to foster relationship building and team work among the teams. There are also monthly discussion groups that allow for continual learning outside of work. Because of Pariveda's approach to excellence we often work with fortune 500 clients.

Cons

Pariveda has high expectations of excellence from all their employees. If you are not proactive, driven or ready to change some of your personal communication habits in order to grow as an individual and thereby enhance your career. Pariveda is not the place where you will thrive.

The benefits package at Pariveda is one of the best around; everything is pretty much covered and taken care of for you, which is really nice. Transparency is everywhere; every employee at the same level earns the same paycheck; to get a raise, you get promoted, according to the Expectations Framework. Management is VERY clear on communicating what decisions are being made and why. The review/feedback process for employees is the best I've ever seen; you receive project reviews and semi-annual reviews, both of which are HAND-WRITTEN, in letter form letting you know how you're doing. Pariveda is really a great place to grow your career.

Cons

People that work & succeed here tend to be very driven, focused on growing their careers as fast as they can. Expectations on networking, learning, putting in a lot of hours can seem tough to those not ready for it. Internal training could use some work, although there are a lot of initiatives currently underway to revamp that.

Great culture developed by the joint effort of all the smart people Pariveda hires. It is a firm that has shown growth through some tough times due to its risk management and talent. Focus is high on the development of the people and retainment. Since the company's goal is to become employee owned in the near future, the growth of company directly impacts the financial growth of the employees which provides added motivation to the employees to put their best foot forward. Future of this company is very exciting with new offices planned to open in various places in US. Seattle office is one of the new offices in the company but has shown amazing growth. With major companies as client in Seattle office and fast growing talent, Seattle is setup to show fast yet controlled growth in near future

Cons

Since its a small company, there is still a lot that needs to be done with internal training. Fortunately company supports employees for outside training and development.
