Pros
The people here really do care about growing and developing others. Trying new things is explicitly encouraged, and there's room for support if you slip up. The DEI programs are a highlight and are reflected day to day instead of being a once per year PowerPoint festival. Leadership in the Seattle office really does care about building an inclusive workplace.
Cons
A lot depends on who you're assigned to in the mentoring program. If you get a good mentor who advocates for you, it's a rocket booster for your career. If your mentor isn't as good, you can be held back without even realizing it.
