Awesome associates from front line to those in the home office that support them. Innovative, expaning rapidly both organically and thru acquisitions. Decentralized management structure.

100% commission. Sales are usually large. Health and life insurance is good.

Cons

The management will push you to pressure families into purchasing larger amounts than necessary. Land and merchandise much more expensive than it should be, or more expensive than the funeral home. You will never get at-need vault sales for this reason. There's really no chance for growth. Some locations make a ton of money every month, some locations make next to nothing. If you make no sales you get $10 an hour for doing every persons job for them.
