Very gossipy upper management and low compensation. Little training and time spent with new employees.

Good good for kick starting career. Good family oriented co workers. Not a whole lot beareaucracy. Columbus not too far away.

Cons

The place is good. However l feel like there is nepotism in some cases for example manager or supervisors. Consider sending employees for training outside of work. Most importantly try and match pay with industry

i could love to work with the people and i will like to gain more knowledge about it. I feel like computer usually perform work in comfortable offices. I enjoy working with the computer system because it will give me more knowledge and experience.

Cons

the downside could be sometimes it will be the challenges jobs opportunities within the group but it will benefit to each and everyone in group. you will gain two sets of enthusiasm and creativity and employess committed to the success.
