Pros

I have worked here for over 15 years and I love it. I understand what people mean when they say "Find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life." I have fantastic coworkers that are more like family then coworkers and because of this, I enjoy coming to work everyday. Park does an excellent job at showing appreciation for their associates and there is great opportunity for advancement.

Pros

GREAT corporate atmosphere, centered around community based banking. There are some really perks, and the benefits package is really, really great. PTO, paid holidays, dependent care assistance, a stock option, AND a company paid pension plan, are just a few.

Cons

I'm not sure that the pay scale is keeping up with the current market. I kind of think that they feel like its still 2008-2009? That applicants should be grateful that there is a job opportunity at all, and that hasn't been the case for at LEAST 5 years.
