      Pros

      - Opportunities for growth/changing jobs (including location) within the company - Upper level management (including C-suite) is very involved / invested in their employees - Friendly non-polical work environment - people generally work really well together here and are open to new ideas - Fast-paced work environment, but the parking lot is almost always empty by 5:15pm - Work perks: free gym/yoga, great work parties, standing desks, free food monthly, new cafeteria / upgrades to the HQ building

      Cons

      Unless you are in Engineering, no work from home policy. Park Place is trying to balance this by having better work perks.
