      Great company, incredible benefits, really great people, great career trajectory

      Cons

      Closing roles are pretty underpaid and sometimes require a good amount of waiting. Compared to competitors probably not the place to stay but really great starting point!

      Wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy

      Pros

      The pay is just below entry level for the industry, so you can live off it. The work from home is nice so you don't have to worry about commuting unless you are a field engineer.

      Cons

      We are told what we will be supporting by sales, which is not based on what is possible to support, and things are signed for support that the upper engineering team hasn't even heard of yet and are asked to support. There are large pushes for new products, such as software support, professional services, managed services and immersion cooling. None of which are working out and are all run poorly, resulting in numerous losses that are hidden within contract tickets.
