You can get free food. It's a nice job for people who love talking to others.

Cons

Sometimes didn't like the organisation. Some of the supervisors at my school didn't actually work - just stood around there. The load was sometimes overwhelming.

They were so ill prepared, and overly cocky for this endeavor. I at least didn't get micromanaged.

They were so ill prepared and overly cocky that I was mad about a million other issues. It honestly felt like a little boys club, rather chauvinistic.
