Good staff at the corporate office when you need help. Opportunities to go to other accounts to meet other managers. It's a good start to your career

Cons

Not great support on property Underpaid employees. Underpaid management Not a company that you would want to spend your whole career at.

Pros

Management cares and doesn't try to run one over on you. I haven't met with a lot of different managers but from what I saw they were people looking out for people.

Cons

Some downsides are they contract out to labor ready or people call off a lot so you have to do your job and another person's job while still satisfying the customer.
