Hmmmm I think maybe it's good for me personally...but it could be better generally.

Cons

Scheduling is not spot on, constantly not having people scheduled, some people paid well, others paid sub par..... used to have like 7 paid holidays, now we get like 3....Christmas, labor day, and maybe Thanksgiving.....and only one of those do we actually get off...just paid time and a half.

If you are at a great campus with good management, it can be an amazing experience. Good Pay and Good Benefits.

Cons

If you are at a campus with poor management, they will make your life miserable. No support from corporate for people working on the ground. (even though they are called the corporate support center) The chain of command doesn't make any sense. Managers will blatantly lie about how things happened, when you get upset about it they gaslight you and tell you that its not a big deal. MARKETING CON: There's nowhere to go up from the field marketing position. Marketing spots at corporate open up and they won't ever tell the field marketers. They want to keep you in the field role because the turn over is so high.
