Hmmmm I think maybe it's good for me personally...but it could be better generally.

Cons

Scheduling is not spot on, constantly not having people scheduled, some people paid well, others paid sub par..... used to have like 7 paid holidays, now we get like 3....Christmas, labor day, and maybe Thanksgiving.....and only one of those do we actually get off...just paid time and a half.

I love all of my coworkers. we are a real team. our food is amazing. all of our food is sourced within 50 mi. We get free meals amd uniforms. Pto is incredibly easy to acquire and use as well.

Cons

We don't work through summer/winter breaks, because it's a college and that is the nature of the job. that is the ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5.
