Seen the most accidents of any warehouse I've been in from crashed trucks, fallen bundles of 1 ton plywood, forklifts crashing, trucks early departure-ing at the dock doors, spilled pallets, forklift tip-overs and racking failures. In fact, one employee almost lost his life because a concrete slab fell onto him and he was hospitalized for 6 months (manager didn't take accountability and so he wasn't reprimanded.)
