1.) The company is extremely focused on growth and expansion. 2.) The company was doing really well at the time of my departure. 3.) Most employees genuinely care about the company.

Cons

1.) Salaries need to be re-evaluated to ensure they're within market. 2.) Communication among departments like accounting, IT, HR is not always clear. Processes should be updated. 3.) ESOP only truly benefits those at the top.

The ESOP is good but that is about it

Cons

Upper management is intolerable. They only think about the shares of ESOP that they have. They like to fire people so that the the ESOP goes back into their pockets. They give commissions and then take them away after you have worked extremely hard to build up the territory. Then they drop your salary significantly from what you made the year before.
