parkway offers a lot, if you use it. The health insurance has a high deductible, but the company covers a lot of the premium. And some of that is covered by the funds they put in your HSA twice a year. They've also increased our pay to keep up with inflation. management can be hit or miss with how helpful they are, but as a whole they do a good job

Cons

it's a small company so if someone leaves or there's not enough people to cover vacations, it can get a little overwhelming.
