Pros

Parkway provides excellent benefits to their employees. In most cases management is extremely fair during evaluations. Some of the best supplemental learning tools are offered to employees at no cost.

Cons

Poor communication by upper managment, most of the great things the company was founded on are changing under the new leadership.

-Care about employees -No micromanagement -Employee extra benefits

Cons

-Workload has increased since acquisition -wide lay-off when people felt their jobs were secure -Benefits are available for employee at no cost but very expensive if you have to add spouse or dependents
