Great group of people in the accounting department. Culture was one of hard work but team acted as a family that cared.

Amazing leadership, willing to train and teach their employees, really promote work-life balance, Benefits - employer match. No toxic culture. Truly a team atmosphere in the accounting office.

Cons

Not really a con but growing quickly which meant tasks changed frequently as your role developed but they were always willing to support you and train you.
