Pros

- Most people come from the big defense corporations wanting to get away from the politics and unnecessary practices, making the work environment great given that shared desire of wanting to actually enjoy where you work and what you work on - The hybrid schedule allows for so much more flexibility than I am used to in my work/life balance, and managers are always willing to accommodate when reasonable - You feel like you know everyone in the company, you're not just another face hidden beneath levels of management and leads - The company truly shows that they care about the people in it

Cons

In the most unbiased way I could possibly say this, there are no downsides to being here. I truly wish I had applied sooner than I did and made the jump as soon as the opportunity presented itself
