Long hours of the same thing everyday. For the amount of hours you work a week, the pay isn't enough.

Its an easy job and its good for experience. Somewhat of a brotherhood feel at times. Good for local applicants. Guaranteed hours.

Cons

Long hours. Bad union. Low pay. Dog eat dog environment with turnover rates. Management makes job harder than it should be.
