      change happens slow; changes incroparated do not always affect the desired outcome; ERP systems are a total mess (much like all other engineering firms, so take it or leave it with that one)

      Good co-workers. Engineering and upper management care about our opinions but don’t always do a good job integrating our solutions; and sometimes they will make a ‘fix’ that is opposite to our input. Hours are pretty flexible as long as you are getting your work done,
