      Upper management cares a lot about their employees well being and health. Very ethical company. On-site health clinic which helps cut costs with medical.

      They do not pay well

      Pros

      I have built a greater than 10 year, satisfying, stable, and rewarding career at this company. I have been able to work my way up, through the engineering department, as my skill set improved over the years. I have always had the good fortune to work with many great people in the engineering department . The company has a very good benefits package. I find that the core technology is very interesting.

      Cons

      Boulder has become more challenging to commute to over the years.

      Good place if you want stability

      Pros

      No over time or working from home is needed. Just come and for the required 8 hours and go home. Onsite clinic is very good

      Cons

      Lagging behind as far as technology is concerned. Not much flexibility as far as working hours are concerned. Certain degree of favoritism and absolutely no career growth
