The branch manager and area manager need to be re-evaluated. Beware of working here.

All of them. Coworkers, upper management, no sense of leadership or accountability.

If you’d like to be let go with no warning or improvement plan this is the place

Cons

After a hospitalization due to a protected disability I was let go with no warning for “lack of sales”. I had received nothing but praise for my job performance before being let go.
