-unethical BCBAS -Unethical billing practices - can be a toxic work environment with retaliation often faced for voicing concerns regarding client treatment or billing practices.

The kids and their progress. The coffee station sorta.

Cons

Management is bad. There are cliques, the managers do not even like it. Not really diverse. The pay is not comparative to the issues of the job. Please do not think you will find any type of fulfillment in this job.
