I’ve known Tanya since I started working with Partnership over 15 years ago and have come to know her more personally in the past 8 years. Tanja is the heart of what our company means, she’s passionate, has an incredible work ethic and cares tremendously for all of us and her employees. She’s the first one to offer her assistance company wide and takes the lead on initiatives to better the way we serve our clients and candidates. We value her knowledge, integrity, humor and positive spirit! We are all fortunate to have her as a Partner at our firm. We have an amazing team of top knotch professionals. It's been such a great experience working with everyone in Dallas and all other branches.

Pros

The Partnership Employment team in Worcester has been nothing but an excellent experience for me. They gave me a chance when no one else would and that chance has evolved itself into a career. My family and I are beyond grateful for Partnership’s assistance in getting me where I am today. This company will truly go out of their way for you and truly cares about you as a person, not just an employee working a job.
