Pros

I like there is a lot of freedom in this position. You get to choose what you work on, which keeps it exciting. This creates great income opportunities.

Cons

There are a lot of ups and downs. You have to be able to keep pushing through when a couple things do o your way. I personally like the excitement of this type of environment. My success is in my hands.

It's a great team environment where you get plenty of support from everyone in the office! It feels like everyone really wants you to succeed in the business and there is always room to take on new opportunities!
