Pros

This is one of the greatest places I have ever worked. I worked in the Worcester, MA branch and first off I've never had a boss be so supportive, encouraging, and understanding. She has the employees best interest in mind. It's a smaller office and everyone got along great. Very team oriented environment. There is also very good income potential here. If you work hard you shouldn't have any problems. I strongly recommend working here if you are given the opportunity.

Client Needs and then finding the ideal candidates

Cons

I have been told I can not only fill specialty positions but, we could venture into the light industrial area. After having several clients ready to use us, I was told by our owner: Joe Kelly that it wasn't worth our risk. I in turn had to go back to those clients and apologize for something I had no control over. I pride myself on being a person of my word. Hence why I'm looking for new employment

T Bledsoe is attentive to finding you a position you are happy with and give you the opportunity to be successful in your interview. She is so nice and professionally. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her twice and both times I have received offers from the two companies I interviewed for.
