Pros

The people grinding out the daily interaction with the customers. There are a lot of good people here.

Cons

There is not a lot to look forward too anymore. I started in Twinsburg, and made it to to the sale of the company. A lot of the people are entrenched in their postions, and there really is no opportunity for growth.

Good health benefits and 401k, good company to start and gain experience.

Cons

Lots of turnover, lacks good training and workflow, favoritism abound. Annual increases are minimal. Negative attitude in management.

Pros

Great team, great value proposition to our customers, given recent growth, many career opportunities. There isn't one day that goes by that I don't laugh and have a great time at work. Company is highly differentiated in the market.

Cons

If you don't thrive in a fast paced environment, this isn't the place for you. I do, and love it. Company has recently added many new hires, creating more support to get things done, to ensure we continue to win. It is disappointing to read so many negative reviews, with changes over the last year, I do believe many of these are dated and that the environment and management has evolved significantly. I love it here.
