Very solid group of sales reps with a good mix of experience and new talent. Two of the best front line sales leaders that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Company is growing, and there is significant opportunity for advancement both within the commercial team and cross functionally.

Cons

As with any growing company we always can use more top tier talent on the team.

Friendly work environment: a substantial percentage of people have been here for over a decade. I appreciate my supervisor's oversight without being micro-managed.

Cons

It's good that the company is growing but it is difficult to connect with people outside of your department.
