The Pasha Group is a family owned company that truly cares about its employees. They really embrace their core values of Honesty, Excellence, Innovation and Teamwork. The thing I enjoy the most is the open dialogue, my managers and peers constantly ask for my opinion and consider the input of all team members. The Pasha Group promotes heavily from within and there are many chances for career growth and opportunity.

Cons

Its a complicated business structure that has a slightly higher learning curve than some other industries. It takes about 6 months to "find your feet".
