Pros

Progressive pay raise 50 cents every 6 month top paid can be as high as $22 Stable Work, 40 hours + a week. Vacations according to seniority 2 weeks maximum. Health and retirement plan. Paid Holidays. Free Holiday dinners maybe 2 times a year.

Cons

Long hours and mandatory weekends too according to clients demands but if you work a weekend is usually a Saturday 8 hour day Sundays are mostly voluntary but rare. Not an early bird, this job may not be for you 6:00am to 4:30pm is the regular schedule there was a time where 12 hours was the norm for a week but is rare, maybe ones a month you'll work a regular 40 hour week, they expect you to be married to them. Arrogant Supervisors.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for calling attention to Pasha and its competitive/progressive pay. Pasha offers 15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays to all employees, a good medical, dental and vision plan and we hope to bring back employee events in 2021. Due to our industry and client expectations, sometimes long hours and an early start time are necessary. Hours/schedule vary, depending on location and business unit and employees are compensated accordingly.
